I have a 05 chopper and I'm redoing the wiring with a motogadget m-unit. has anyone converted the wiring on the BDM with one of these controllers and if so was it a pretty straightforward process. Also does anyone know do the BDM use a regulator/rectifier for controlling the charging system. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. There are several riders who have the motogadget & swear by them. Yes BigDog uses a voltage regulator for the charging system. I am sure you will get some input from the guys using the motogadget. Good luck! Keep us posted on your progress!
