ultima programable ignition

Hi I am using a ultima programmable single fire ignition.It seems to work ok the bike is running pretty good.
It has the 2 leds on it and I want to check the timing on it but the leds do not come on at all. I changed cam and needle bearing on the engine so I had to remove ignition and cup. would like to double check timming.

Yes I have read that it tells me how to time it using the leds but nothing about them not lighting up. I think the red led should be lit until the notch cut in the cup comes around then it should go out or other way around. I can rotate the engine all the way around and no light comes on or even flash. I have switch 6 on rest all off that is the way it was when I got the bike.

What size motor do you have

When power is turned on, the LED should blink for 1/4 second.
Is this occurring?

It is an ultima 80ci with headquarters heads and cam. it is 100hp on the dino
I do not see any leds light up or blink at all. The engine starts and seems to run ok.

You said the bike came with this unit already installed?
Sounds like the LED portion of the unit has suffered some damage.
I would contact Ultima and get their input.

This is the info I got from the builder
i built that for a friend from highschool...specs are wrong about motor in add...its a 1465cc or 89" motor ,headquarters heads,headquarters cam,10.5-1 angle top pistons..etc it is about 100 rear wheel..i did same motor specs but to an 80" and higher lift cam and it ran 98.7 rear wheel hp.

Sounds like a bad ass little motor.
But I believe the issue with the LEDs is internal to the Module and not related to the motor setup since you indicate that the motor starts and runs fine.
