Ultima Ignition ?

I am shopping for a new ignition for my 02' Bull Dog, while browsing in the Jihra Cat. I noticed the Ultima Ing. I asked my bud about it and he thought it was made by Dyna. If anyone knows about it you guys would, any thoughts?

i use ultima directions to set mine, they're very clear
