hello,I am working on a 2002 pittbull.107 s&s.starter will not engage with starter switch but will turn when jumped with wire to solenoid.thinking maybe module/relay bad.looking for part no.BD4120-1.also having trouble locating spark plugs.bike now has HALO H-4A plugs on it .these are 14mm threads.when trying to get oem plugs they are 12mm.even if I wanted to put halos back on,can't seem to find them.any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you getting any voltage to the green wire connected to the top of the starter ?
Additionally, I have switched out my starters on both bikes to ultima thunderfire starters and have had good luck with them. They are reasonably priced. I can’t help you with your plugs I have never heard of halo plugs I use standard Harley plugs. Sr56a plugs I believe

Also check the connection, on mine the wire was connected but was loose on the connection. It would fire sometimes. I ended up chrimping a new plug on it and it fixed the issue

Also check your hand control switches, I don’t think your bike uses the pcb board but it could be and issue with the controls.

There is a starter relay ($5 part) plugged into the EHC. Mine would start with the slam switch but the handlebar switch wouldn't work. Discovered it was the relay. Very easy to change. (EHC is under the console between the tanks.)

If it’s the relay switch, you should hear a “click” from under the console(bottom side of EHC) when start button is depressed, also just make sure all wires are connected at battery...
