transmission fluid level

On my '07 Mastiff I changed the transmission fluid and the dip stick has two markings on it (low and high). Is this hot and cold marking levels or is it low and high? I couldn't find that info out anywhere. Thanx bunch!

Your owners manuals states to check it at operating temp and it should be between the two lines.
