TP Rocker Box Covers?

Got the new rocker box cover and looked in my shop manual for torque values and found some conflicting info. So thought I would just ask here cause I know its been done many times. What is the torque on the 1/4" chrome allen head screws and do you loctite on no loctite? One place my manual says blue loctite and 80-90 inlbs. Another place it says 90-110 inlbs. May its no big deal but thought I would ask.

Thanks!

Go with 90, even if you go 100 it will not hurt. Would recommend blue loctite, just enough to keep it in place but not to require major twist to get it out.

make sure you remove all of the old locktite and swab out the holes with a q tip and some brake clean

Thanks guys, I went 100 inlbs and just a little blue loctite. I don't think the loctite is going to do much since it releases when it get hot, but I figure it won't hurt.
