Im replacing my rear tire which is a 250 will a 260 fit without any issuses

That would depend on the width of the 260. Each manufacturer is different. With yr 250 mounted, measure how much space is left between the frame, belt, whatever else in relation to the frame? Going up 10mm only affords you 5mm per side. If yr going for looks, that wouldnt be really noticeable.
250's from different manufactures have different sizes too. I went from a 250 Avon to a 250 Dunlop Elite 3 and had to shave a bit off the sidewall point to gain belt clearence. So...unless you have extra clearence, stick with what works....or do a little shaving 
don't know about the 250, but, for example, avon 300 is 305 and metzeler 300 is 318. widths definitely vary by manufacturers.
