This the best seal and bushing hammer tool I've used.

Motion Pro - Ringer Fork Seal Driver, 41mm

James Gasket makes a complete overhaul kit less then bushings

JAMES GASKETS FORK OIL & DUST SEAL KIT 41MM 00-07 FXSTD SOFTAIL DEUCE 0407-0294 on eBay!

BelRay makes a high perfomance 7w oil that really lets the forks react to the road.

I agree with the lightweight oil on our raked front ends. I've been using 7 wt for years instead of the oem recommended 30 wt(?).

Less chance of flexing

Ive noticed the fork bounces alot when I apply the brake and push on the handle bars. I put 15w to help the rebound dampening. I have an 04 mastiff. I would think 7w would make that more bouncy. The bike seems to pogo stick when hitting alot of bumps. Anybody have a remedy for this

Heavier wt. oil or you have something wrong inside you fork tube. The bolt in the very bottom of the fork tube may have come loose but you should see some oil leaking.

I used 20wt with no problems on the pit. Make sure you have the right quantity, that will also make a difference.
