Thunder heart micro harness

So i calked thunder heart today to ask them if their harness has a memory that needs to be reset after battery disconnected. It does not. However, my question is; is there any need or any way to reset the efi with no ehc??

What do you mean anyway to "reset" the EFI?

If you mean removing battery power there is no need to reset it, in fact you should not. If it does not have battery power it will loose the adaptive maps and IAC position.

I suppose i answered my own question on that one. Lol. I meant reset ehc but in fact i dont have one now. I guess the question was is there any reset at all that needs to be done on bike after disconnecting battery for any period of time if no ehc? Sorry , new to some of this stuff

No worries.

No, just wait about 10-15 seconds after you re-apply power to the EFI controller for it to home and re-position the IAC (Idle Air Control) valve.

If it's quiet and you listen closely you can hear it moving.
