I emailed Bob Martz about some carb issues I was having and inquiring about his product, the Triple X carb. Rather than trying to sell me a carb, Bob gave me free advice on how to address the problem I was having. I decided to go ahead and purchase a Triple X.
After installation, I experienced a similar problem. I called Bob, who was extremely helpful. He seemed genuinely concerned that his carb was not performing well, and offered a few suggestions. I followed his advice, and the problem was resolved.
Bob is a stand up guy, very knowledgeable, and knows the meaning of "customer service." I highly recommend his company and his product!
