Tail lights

Hi everyone my name is Rob I’m new here I have a 2002 pitbull. I’m looking for an alternative to the tail lights. I know that the tail lights run the brake light, tail light and the turn signals off two wires. Does anybody have any other tail lights that they’re running that are smaller, more aesthetic and perform all 3 functions. Thanks in advance.
