Hello all! New here, looking for some help / advice. I have a 2004 Pitbull. Has (I was told this was an option) tach mounted between the handlebars. {speedo is in dash between the tanks}. The tach is whacked out, pegs out then the bike starts and runs. Everything else works perfectly. I contacted couple BigDog parts places, but nobody has a tach. Will a Autometer mc tach work? Thanks for any help!

HMAN are you sure? I think Keith is inquiring about the tachometer. The Dakota Digital (DD) I put on my 2006 K9 still utilized the original tachometer ring and "idiot lights" at the bottom. The DD was only the speedometer and odometer, trip meter etc.... Perhaps I am missing something?

I think this fits the tach "cup". You will need to do some measuring. OR you can get the speedo/tach that will fit your dash and simply remove the existing tach setup which I would happily purchase from you!

Keith....have you looked here? Shows several that say they will work on Big Dogs....
Since Autometer made them for BigDog...wonder if this would work?

Well shit no.....I just did a in depth look @ Dakota. Seems they no longer carry the 2.5in speedo/tach combo. I havent looked in a while and was going off old knowledge....sorry.Do you have a link for the speedo/tach that would fit my dash?
