tach lights?

Anyone know why all my tach lights are flashing? it seems to do it only when it idles...

also, does the "start" button have a different function after the engine is running?

low RPM.. crank up the idel speed.. 1K or better..

It's required by Canada...

It's the reflectors and down tube stickers inducing current into the tach..
