I could be wrong but I think 2003 and earlier BDM can get those parts from HD dealer. Its worth a try.

How long have you had the Bike. Maybe the ones on there are not the stock ones. Maybe Adrian gave you the right numbers and the ones on there are different than what should be on there.

Why do want to change them anyway, do hey sqeak or are they worn? I would take the dog to HD and have them compare their part number to what is on there and see what they say.

You may need to take them off and show H-D what you want. The reason that I am saying this is because BDM did not start using proprietary parts until 2004 and some H-D before that. Try Strokers in Dallas they may be able to help you out with a part Number or the part itself. Maybe someone on here can tell you what kind of frame you have and you can get what you want accordingly.

Swingarm bearings went bad at 1300mi on mine, I was pretty darn surprised. The bushings were replaced with the bearings, and later on for the 2000 I remember a recall on the bearings but a search on NHTSA yields no results for me now, sorry maybe you'll have better luck with that...

I think I like the "go to the HD shop and compare" advice. I've had to do that on more than one occasion. I used to get a lot of grief but now that I own an HD as well it's not so bad- they know what side of their bread the butter is on, and I send them at least 100K in business for parts a year for other folks. At the end of the day it's a hardened rubber bushing- so the new one shouldn't be too hard to modify as long as the width and outer circumference are enough to cover. Sorry to say, with a Y2K Dog it's becoming more the norm to find parts that can be modified to fit than to find original or NOS parts. It's all part of the game I figure.

Let us old-timers know if you get any new leads on old parts... tough to say if I'll spend time at Laconia this year but if so lemme know if you want to meet up for a bit we could do a good comparison between the V and Pro Sports and maybe be able to help each other out some.
Cheers,
OHM
