Swingarm Bearings Service Intervals and Inspection?

Checked my service manual and searched the site, but did not find this.

I have an 06 K9 with a bit over 15k miles and I am in the middle of replacing the rear tire and wheel bearings. It occurs to me that I'm just about at the swingarm bearings and should probably go a bit further to inspect and replace them, if needed. But, before I do:

1) Does anyone know the recommended service intervals for the swingarm bearings on an 06 K9?

2) it seems one has to pull the swingarm (including fully removing the oil tank) to inspect the bearings, correct?

3) what length of service is expected from the original swingarm bearings and what have you experienced ?

If there is no side to side movement and your suspension is working fine then leave em.

@Frank - the bearings are sealed so not greasable.
