Strut and fender bolt torque specs

Swapping out the polished stuts for chrome ones. Does anybody know the right torque for the strut bolts,and the fender bolts . Also which kind of Loctite should be used, red or blue. Thanks

Is that for both the fender bolts and the struts

Front Fender - fender screws and bracket bolts =13 ft lbs with Blue loctite.

Rear Fender - strut 35' lbs/red,
mounting screws 25'lbs/ blue

My manual states rear fender strut mounting bolts 25 ft lbs. I guess it could be different for the 07 with the 300?
