I have done a search and couldnt find anything so if someone knows where this has already been discussed please point me in that direction.

What I wanted to know is when/if you strap your bike down on the trailer do you leave it over on the kickstand? Or do you set it straight up and compress the front forks a little over half way to allow for some movement and don't damage your seals?

Thanks

a good habit to get into...leave the kickstand down anyway...so if you have a strap failure on the left side it will fall on the stand and not on it's side. Also buy the straps with the soft covering so not to scratch the chrome!!

Yep that is what I ordered , with choppers daves help i read thru the thread and that was the ones everyone seemed to think were the best(also had great reviews on a few other sites). I had some cheap ones for my old harley but like someone pointed out in the thread $110 for a 30K bike figured would be better than my auto zone ones
