strange high pitch noise...

I changed the tire, did not time the belt to the sprocket. I now have a new rubbing/wearing in pattern I'm hearing. If I kept the same wear, i.e., time the belt to tooth, I may not have this soapee hands and dishit to do if I only I listened.
