I have a 2004 BDM Chopper RT frame.
I'm trying to install my front end.
I can't seem to find a fork stop plate with dust cap for my neck that works.
The inside dimension of the dust cap must be 2 7/16 . it has to fit over the lip on the Rolling Thunder frame neck.
The stop plate has to have the four mounting screws at 12 o clock 6 oclock
3 & 9 oclock. The tang on the lower neck has to seat in the stop to keep the tree from denting tank.
Anyone know who big Dog used to make the stop/dust cover?
Is there another company making them now?
Anyone having the same trouble I am or did this before.
