Ok so I received the rebuild kit from Bigdogpartsking and it looks like the previous piston and o ring were swelled up. I installed the new kit and so far all is well. I went for a 100 mile ride today and front brake works good and returns immediately upon releasing the brake Handel.
BTW that is what I got out of the cylinder from a light honing.
