Stator replacement

While down At MB... stator went out.. I'm wanting to replace stator on my own.. any one done this, that can give me advice??

Start off by starting a intro on yourself in the into section. Then pin the map. Come back here and you'll get more response.

That being said, you will need to pull the outer primary, clutch, front pulley, inner primary, and then the rotor then the stator. Not a hard job. I can get pics for you later...

I was very active on the old site... sorry... i don't forget many names.. they all look like the ones from the old site...

I have an 04 Mastiff with a 107 ....

I just did mine 3 times in one week. Make sure you get the front pulley nut tight! Someone told me to change the voltage regulator as well, so I did, but I'm not sure how important this was.
