I have used Stabil for years and I have seen it turn a dark red color and get a strong stink to it...stronger than when fresh....that's how I knew it went bad. Watch how you dispose of it. It burns faster than gas.

That's a good question. I use it and also the green stuff. I'll check on both bottles tonight and if theres and expiration date, i'll post.

Being an AMSOIL Dealer I just contacted them and was told that the AMSOIL gasoline stabilizer has a shelf life of 5 years. Not sure if this is the same with Stabil but I would guess its pretty close. Either way I would say that a bottle left from last year would still be good. Great question. Hope this helps.

Thanks all.

Since I never winterize here, I hardly use the stuff. Since I have vehicles that I am not using due to life limiting involvement I need to make sure I don't hurt them while they sit.

Hell I don't even have time to list them since I doubt I could arrange to show them. :bang:
