Received my Spiked Magnetic Fork Caps, Spiked Magnetic Coil Mount, and axle covers from Low Down Choppers (thanks Jake). They look great.

Does anyone else have the magnetic caps? The caps look great but they are easily taken off...stolen, etc. Has anyone experienced this?

I really like the way they look...very clean no screw holes, etc.

I still have mine. I honestly don't think most people would even touch them... i don't touch other peoples bikes.

And with no set screws, they look like they are part of the bike.

As long as you don't go to bike nights and show everyone how they come off, the only people that will know they come off is other guys that already own them, and they won't steal them.

If you want them more permanant, put a very small dot of clear silicone in the center of your fork nut and put them on, just a small dot. THEY WILL NOT COME OFF THEN! Thinner will remove the silicone when you take them off.

Those are 30 lb. magnets in them! They don't come off easy.

Nobodys going to f*ck with your bike unless maybe if it's swallowed by a 1000 others in a large lot.

i second the scabs, i stab myself like 10 times everytime i polish a set for jake. lol. after awhile you dont notice the pain.

Jake recieved mine today. Look great on the bike and there stuck pretty good. Really like the the coil mount one also. Kind of finishes off the round coil mount. Thanks for the quick shipping. :2thumbs:
