That gas cap is a pain...my dealer changed their parts manager and no one knows where the cap came from :confused: They are searching! Doesn't look good though :loony:

I made a set out of chromed bullet license plate bolts. You just have to get a longer bolt and a washer. Sorry no photo's once I made my sissy bar I never used them again. It’s easy though!!!

My struts are the BDM add on ones for the 07 Chopper. They are not the same as the stock units they switched to mid-way thru the year.

My plugs/holes are on the top of the strut...it's an 06, but they were installed a couple weeks ago.

guys understand that even though the size of our holes are the same they are not exact. For example the K9 struts have a taper to them where as the choppers don't.

Here's a shot of the K9 plugs that I used on my chopper struts for awhile



They stuck up cause there is a set pin at the bottom but my struts don't have the whole for them. I left it this way cause it provided some resistance to get the bolts tight.
