Speedometer quit working

I was on a Poker Run yesterday and we got caught in a major down pour of rain. We found shelter until most of the bad weather cleared up. When I started up my bike the speedometer's needle was stuck on 0 for a while but then started working. This morning, I washed my bike (needed to clean the road film). Blew off the excess water after cleaning it and parked in the sun for a while before cranking it up. When I did start it the speedo acted up again and I also noticed the lens was fogged up. Now the needle is stuck on 0 and does not move when the key is turned on. The bike is a 2008 Mastiff and this is the original Speedometer. I guess it is time for a new one.

I'd let it dry out and/or take it apart and dry it out before you replace.

I'm personally not a fan of the digital. Screams 80's to me. There are analog options too.
