SOFT PULL PREF. CLUTCH??

I was just surfing ebay and came across this item:SOFT PULL PREF. CLUTCH.Apparently this is a stock item on all 08 and newer Dogs.Carls has it listed.Does anybody have any insight on if it works?The only bitch with my 06 is the clutch wears on you even on short rides.It has never slipped or shuttered but in tight turn, slow speed situations its hard to control the clutch feed.Also does anybody know if its worth just going to a aftermarket clutch like Bandit.(Do they pull as hard?)

whether or not the Bandit pulls as hard depends on how you set it up. I got the BDM soft pull clutch (I got two shims under each spring on my Bandit, which makes it very stiff) and yes it does work. You get a new ball & ramp, clutch pack and spring. IMO the clutch pack and spring coming with it is a rip off. You should just be able to buy the ball & ramp, which makes a difference all by itself. This is the only part I used from the kit.
