Single side bag

I did a search but most of the links were dead as the thread was from 2008. Any of you guy's use one? I am looking for a small single side bag that I can reach into while riding. I have looked all over the internet but I can't figure out what size would look good and fit on the frame/swing arm. Something the size of a tool bag is big enough but I would look at one a tad bigger if necessary. I do not have a sissy bar so that option is out, I do have a tool bag down on the bottom of the frame but I keep my jump pack and bike lock in there. I know these bags hurt the look but I need somewhere to carry my phone, ecig and other small items when it's to warm for a coat.
