Has a fever, runs hot! Put 2 aspirins in the gas tank, will check it in 4 hours.
Runs hot- fluid levels all OK. Maybe running to rich?

Has it just started running hot or has this been a long term symptom?

If this has been ongoing, then you may want to consider oil coolers. If this is recent, then coolers may not do you much good.
