Shim needed 4 drive gear?

My clutch hub and drive gear are not lined up properly. My 2005 never had a shim behind the gear like the later years. Updgrading to the 40 amp 3 phase system so I want to get it all lined up properly. Who can supply this part besides actually calling S&S? Thanks

Your talking about spacing out the front drive sprocket? Have you figured out what thickness you need?

No I have not used a, what is it caliper aka micrometer right, on it. Will probably pick one up today from radio shack.
