Hey Guys,
I hear there is a seat out there to push you about 2 inches forward. Anyone know of this seat or someone who can customize mine? I have a 04 Ridgeback.

well maybe, have you tried it? I was lokin @ the ridge back seat @ dealer , cause its wider, thay said it wouldnt fit my pitbull, but we swaped it on bikes in the dealer floor it does fit, I didnt get it cause the price, so I'm not tring to say it would but I'd try it first, sometimes bdm info is wrong

Good point Eric. Maybe Ridge Back Rider has a dealership nearby that can help him experiment.

I'm just sayin I think the ridgeback seat is more comfortable than one on pitbull, but I think it was over 350 bucks, I had just bought the bike & figured i'd keep rhe one I've got for a while, but bb you may be right , I'd try one if I needed it brfore i bought it

Why did you buy a rigid bike? Could have bought the soft tail and save the money on the new seat!:D

mastive was more money, love the look of the pitbull , fender clearance, pitbull is awesome lookin bike, since I bought the ridgid I've gotton used to the stiff ride, if i want to ride long distance get the road king or the softail crossbones, my pitbull is my hot rod show off bike

I have a push up seat on my K9, had it on the K9 test ride bike before I bought one. worked it into the deal when I bought my bike, they swapped out.

Seatmaker from the site recovered my seat and did a 2in push and works great!He is as cheap as u will find for a custom seat and did a GREAT job!

I too have a 04 Ridgeback and needed the 2 in push...I sent the stock seat to Roger at Bezzachoppa on this site and he did one hell of a fine job of making me a custom seat with the two inch push and cool design and sunburst in color...BY all means contact him and you can see pics of my seat in my pics...hope this helps:D
