Yes sir it will. I have an 08 ridgeback and definitely looks better than that huge POS stock push seat. It really shows off the 330 nice. Looks as if it was supposed to be on there in the first place!
I would also recommend laying down some of that 3M paint protecter film underneath any seat...but that is just me.
