Anyway to see a shot from the back. I am interested in how much of the carb you can see with the new adapter. Just got my xXx carb back today and man is it great. I did not do the chrome one because now wit the standard S&S you can not see any carb on pitbul.

I was at performance shop and said I was thinking about installing one on my bike and he told me they were not the best route to go for performance. I did not ask why he thought that. I still have to go back and talk to him on some other idea's and will ask him why then.
I can't see the advantage of the dual pointing forward with flat caps on it over a single round open high flow element but that is just my thinking and what I have read about the spike air cleaners.

For 800 bucks I would tell you the same thing.....Perhaps he can show you some real results to back $800 worth of change...more than at least from your hand to his...
Don't get me wrong, I think they look awesome too but I can do a lot with $800 and get a lot of bang for the buck.

I can get if for $600 throught Military AAfes. Trying to decide on this or a Dotherty backing plate and the Desparato S&S cover.

Did the mounting bracket allow for the head "breather" tube or did you have to run that elsewhere?Actually a few have.
