S&S 585 or Woods W6H?

I have a 05 Chopper DT with a 117 & a 569 cam with V&H Big Radius & Cone(K&N) Intake, does anyone know dyno results of the S&S 585 vs Woods W6H? I'm looking for a drop in with low to mid-range torque - top end is not an issue.

Since you have the 569 cam, I'm not sure your money wouldn't better spent on an ignition and carb.

I had the .569 originally..... it does make a noticeable difference the .585, but I also installed the Ignition and the xXx Booster kit.

I did 600 then later 585 which is perfect for me now. The short answer is where you want your peak pwer ban - 600 gives you a peak at the end toward red line, lower cam gives you more bottom end torque. With the bitch on the back more times than not, the 585 gives me overall performance. If you want to run hard street light to street light, do 600 . Dont forget to do the springs also.

If you're going to do the heads, and you will eventually if you have TP rocker boxes :argue:, then use the .600" S&S cam. You'll be way ahead of the game. :2thumbs: Woods cam will hammer your valve train to death. :bang:
