S&S 117 Stator/Rotor spacer ?

i am trying to piece together a box of parts and have a question on the rotor/stator assembly... is there a thin washer that goes between the stator and rotor ? -- looking at a manual i have and it makes no reference to one remove or assembly but usually (i thought) there was one there ? -- its a 2007 S&S 11
if there is one there any idea of the thickness it should be ?

answering mu own question here -- the stator that came on the mastidd had a convex beveled inner edge providing an intergrated spacer ,, none needed
