Reuse super stock head bolts?

Is it okay to reuse super stock head bolts? I'm swapping out the TP rocker boxes and putting on S&S boxes. Got some rattling sounds like exhaust valve at higher RPM. Going to pull the heads check and see if the TP boxes have ruined the valve guides. I've seen a lot of bad words about those TP boxes doing that

While you're at it, do a cylinder leak down test as well.
