Replacement bolts?

Is there a good place to buy chrome bolts? I need a couple of shoulder bolts for the rear passenger pegs. I found some at a bolt store online but they wanted $12 shipping for two bolts that totaled $6.00. I hate paying more in shipping than the product ordered.

Lowes and Home DEPOT have chrome bolts and special fastener sections. I think they call them speciality bolt section... :2thumbs:

Believe it or not, I use the local Ace True Value. They have a better selection of chrome and stainless than the Lowe's or Home Depots do down here.

I agree, ACE HARDWARE has a much better selection than HM DPT or LOWES. I have got numerous bolts from them and not very expensive.

I had no luck at Home Depot or Lowes.
If you have one nearby, take the old one to the local Ace hardware and they will match it up for you.
I found just about everyone I needed in chrome there.
They have always had a good stock on just about everything. :up:

Ace is where I found the non-chrome bolts. I bought them and some chrome paint and unless you look for it you wont really know, BUT I KNOW.

If ACE doesn't have it about 2 miles away, I shop online where Carlos does and just wait for the hardware to come in the mail.
