removing clutch packs

From yesterday the no 4-5-6 gear guy.removed primary cover,removed every thing but primary chain to tighten adjust nut tightend it very loose,need torque specs on the small 7/16 bolts over plate.Also primary fluid some use HD,some 10-40 with a little bit of lucas,then again some use red line.Some say SYN others say dont use SYN...Im sure there is input out there..

the bolts get torqued to 200-220 inlbs. ain't touchin' the question about what primary fluid to use. clutch basket nut should be to 100ftlb with red locktite.
