Rear tail light with 4 wires [red yellow orange black]

Hi All, I need a direct replacement LED cluster for my 2004 Bulldog [I am in the UK] all the replacements online have 3 wires and don't mention the incorporated brake light. Where the hell do I find one please. Second hand will do!
