I went for a ride last night and everything was fine untill I hit around the 90mi mark on the odometer, then I noticed that when I took off from a light that there would be a slight hesitation or kinda like it would cut out for one second only from a stop, I did not think much of it since I just changed my exhaust so I thought maybe I need to adjust the accelerator pump or something, anyway usually I don't need fuel until 100 to 110mi or so, never have ran out before, and I have went up to 120mi without fueling it, so did not even concider that it was running out of fuel, so what I did not think about was I have been twisting the crap out of the throttle since it runs so good with the new exhaust, well I pulled up to a light that was on a slight uphill slope and it died, I pushed it to the shoulder and waited a minute and it fired up and I was able to get home, still not realizing I ran out of fuel! after I got home and it was running fine I rembered when I had drained the tank to change the bars it did the same thing when low on fuel! so I guess that I know now that your mileage goes "way" down when you get on it a lot.
