question on push rod

I have an 05 ridgeback and having a clutch problem. This isnt the problem but its my question since i have the primary off...the push rod has seat that it slides into on the tappered end, do i need that seat since my is just about in pieces or can i get along without it? If i need it, where can i buy some, havent seen online yet? Thank you.

is it the throw out bearing?,, i would call baker and see if available through them, both bearing and seat, pretty sure thats who fabricated them , cant be that expensive

You need the seat. replace it while you have it apart.
