Does anyone know what the decible reading is from Supertrapp mean mothers exhaust installed on an 07 K9? The law has come down on us big time, and we are only allowed 92 decibles @ idle. I was told by installing these quiet baffles it would bring the sound down 15% to 20%. What i want to know is if it will bring it down under the 92 decible limit? Right now i re-installed my stock exhaust and it really sucks. I don't really need a $231 ticket and 2 points on my licence. To top it off they give you 14 days to get the sound in range or they cncel your insurance.

The QQ stands for quality quiet. The ones i'm looking at are part number QBL 2125. I just don't want to buy them and they still don't meet the decible limit. I'm going to re-install the mean mothers for Sturgis. It's just a pain to keep changing pipes because of the gaskets and rejetting every time.

Just for general info my stock pipes at idle are 74 and my big radius with the stock baffles are 84.
