Purchasing a new to me Big Dog

I went with the Avons, Shinkos are definitely less money. I didn't want to chance having to shave the metzlers. Ordered Friday they showed up Tuesday. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Great tires and the extra width of the 300 (not necessary to shave tho very close) makes for an even better look, before I had them installed on my K9 I was able to do a side by Swiss comparison at daytona beach bike week when I still had the Avon’s on it next to @BWG56 07 mastiff and the difference was noticeable not only I’m width but also the cool factor of the tread design!

That would be the best way to judge and I would love to see that side by side comparison.

I have Avons on my Pitbull and Kerry has Shinkos on his Mastiff so I will take a picture of them side-by-side so you can compare them before you purchase them again.

I just put the Avons on mine but I can’t wait to see the difference side-by-side with Kerry’s bike.
