Hello new to the site. Just bought a big dog 2002 pitbull. already having some problems. accidently held reset button on speedo and reset some stuff. i understand you can just type in a pulse number to have it back to where it was but i have played with the numbers and just cant get it right. i know you can run a mile or two to tune it but i was hoping someone could just give me the numbers. Also curious if the person before did this then reset before he sold it to me. i have the mileage reading very low right now while ridiing and could ride like this forever and then put in proper pulse numbers before i sell. I wouldnt do this but whos to say anybody else wont.

Are you sure you just didn't reset your trip because if I'm not mistaken I wasn't aware that you could reset your speedometer (mileage wise)
Maybe I'm wrong someone else will chime in. Enjoy yourself here in your new doghouse

there is a way you can change (on some of them) from mph to kph but you shouldn't be able to clear everything. but, then again, you can recalibrate. but i don'ts knows how to do that chit.

by the way, :hi: welcome. :2thumbs:

well i was playing around with the speedo when i pressed button and then turned on key. i was like i wonder what this button does when it read pulse. yes im a dumbass who liek to mess shit up and then learn how to fix it.i changed some of the numbers and it read really high. i was going twenty or so and it was reading 160 mph. just ringing up the miles. so i read some threads and changed the pulse to a lower number one on a 05 and now it reads low. yes i know it needs calibration but cant i just type in the proper pulse number for my year and model?
