Primary Leak

Torque specs are important, I replaced my O-rings on the inner primary 4 years ago and not because they were leaking but because I had the tranny out for Barnes to rebuild and the inner/outer primary are dry as a bone. Slow down and double and triple check your work as you put it back together, if not you will be doing it again, the time to double and triple check you work will become nothing if you have to do it again.
I fallow specs exactly.. had to fallow different specs for the tear down due to upgrades.. but yeah when I pull the primary off I am replacing all seals and following specs..

2k.is a lot of money for me. Something might shake though. I think I'm going to
Tear it down again soon. It's not a hard job. Hardness part was taking the 2 large nuts off.

Make sure you clean them good if you have the hardened nut for the clutch, secure that nut to 150ft/lbs torque. It would be a good time to clean the inside of the rotor also from the metal sticking to the magnets.
