That is a good question and you are going to get several answers cuz everyone thinks what they use is the best...lol. i use Amsoil and it works great for me, been using it for many years with no problems

The primary fluid has a comparatively easy job. Lube the chain and compensator, cool the stator and clutch plates. Harley Formula plus is fine. I use Shell Rotella T4 in the bikes I service.

Thank you for the info on the fluids I ended up getting spectro primary fluid it's all I could find in my area
