Primary cover

Yesterday i put my primary cover on i went for a ride and noticed it has a slight leak should i torque the screws again and it seems to only leak when its hot

Well that's possible but what year bike you have? If its 05 and up you have a filter screen vent in the back of you inner primary and if the vent is plugged up that will cause pressure in your primary housing and cause a leak...also if its 05 and up only put around 20 to 22 ounces of oil in the primary...

If it's a 04 and older the 32 ounces of oil or little less will be ok

Maybe thats mu problem i have an 08 mastiff and ive been putting 32oz in the primary
