Sometimes, the nada and kbb prices don't reflect milage, condition, and other factors of appreciation or depreciation. Finding a deal on a BDM could cost you more if you aren't mechanically inclined. The good side is you have a great resource in the membership of this forum.

Working on things doesn’t bother me. I just bought it for a toy because I got a deal after working on asking on here unless there’s something wrong with that I didn’t see I got a deal 2500 bucks. He just wanted it gone and he threw a flat left in with it.

[/QUOT the speedometer doesn’t work and it needs a battery. It won’t hold a charge. I’m sure I’ll get some help on here and figure it out.

Mr. Wright (always right) will suggest a Deka battery, Dakota makes a great replacement speedo, and bigdogpartskinkpin (HDM Inc) Curtis at WSWORX has just about any part you will need. Don't forget Knothead and Shovelheadkicker also have a supply of parts.

Just to clarify, HDM and shovelheadkicker are the same folks. Shovelhead is the ebay name. HDM is located in Kansas and has a ton of parts. Curtis runs WildSteedWorx in Cali. Both business run by fantastic people! Can't say enough good things about them all.
