Price check on isle '06 please

I'm trying to find and purchase an '06 Mastiff.
I received some help/info in my introduction thread regarding if this would be the right bike for me. Thank you to those who gave their 2cents.

I also posted this in my "intro" thread but didn't get a reply so I'm trying here.

the asking prices seem to be all over the board.
Ebay or Craigslist.
What would a good price be for an 06 Mastiff??

NADA shows low retail to be 12,240 and average at 16,100

KBB has trade-in at 12,875 and suggested retail at 16,995

My assumption is I should be able to pick one up for 14000 or less in this economy. Am I nuts?:loony:

Now from buying and selling bikes in the past I've learned the the upper limits are what dealers would be asking and middle to lower limits are private sale range.

Looking for any and all opinions and ideas.

What's your price range? I've seen brand new 09 Mastiffs that can be bought for $22k or less. This dealer has, appears to me, some damn good prices on several new models. Here's the link to the Mastiff:

Well if I could afford new I'd be sure to check out the dealers you suggested.

I was looking more for opinions on if $14k for an '06 was out of the question.
