Power X-Wing

Energy One

Has anyone tried this? I was reading an article in American Iron. Boyesen makes this Power X-Wing. They installed it in a 1200 sportster. And the results were pretty good. The Stock motor put out 65 horsepower and 73 Torque. After they installed the X-Wing it put our 73 horsepower and 82 Torque.
Seems pretty impressive for only 130.00 bucks.
I don't know of any mods for that price that will give you that kinda gain.
Has anyone tried this on a larger cubic inch motor. If so, did you see any noticeable improvements?
Or do you think it just another gimmick.

I remember when they came out with that damn Tornado for car and trucks. I got suckered into buying one and I never notice a difference in power or gas mileage...
This seems a lot like the Tornado...

I talked to the guy down in Cinci at the V-Twin expo. I won't put the product down but I know I wasn't impressed enough to pursue it any further.

I also know that they did not have anything for the S&S carbs yet but that was back in early 08'.

When we went to the Expo, they were offering them free to shops if they set up as a dealer or something like that. I will see if I still have the coupon. If I can still get one free, I will let you all know.

$130 for that simple piece of metal seems silly to me. If you actually saw one in person you might feel like you were being duped. Just my opinion.

Yep lol it's in hot bike mag.

This is a gain showed on the dyno with a 04 dyna.
under here is what is looks like.

I have seen several mods that focus and manipulate air in ways to gain horse power and torgue.
Don't know If any really work. But when It comes to bikes lots of people line up for cheep HP. and retailers will help nanipulate your cashola away from your pocket.:spank:

Actually it looks like an apple slicer with a gasket glued to it.

And If you send some more greenbacks to us will throw in the vortex20001plus.

which is a small strainer with a gasket glued to it.

Don't believe all the bike mags and what they say say about products. It has been long since proved that they get paid to say good things and you can always "prove" anything with certain dyno runs.
