Possible clutch recall

The shop foreman at KC Creations called me today and said BDM might be having a clutch recall. There is a bracket in the primary that is cracking and causing all this slippage issues everyone is having. He told me to hang on to my reciept so if they do have a recall I can get reimbursed. :whoop:

I will keep you all informed the more I find out.

I had a slipping problem after my 5k service. They didn’t adjust it right. I got half way around the Big “O” and it started slipping. I thought for sure it was fried. I re adjusted it myself and it was ok. Checked it out real good when I pulled the trans just before Bike Week and it was fine, damn tuff little fucker if ya ask me!!! :2thumbs:

There is really only one bracket in the damn thing. That would be the chain adjustment, and if that was it it wouldn't be a clutch recall.

Unless you're trying to talk about something in the basket like a pressure plate or the basket itself. But then it wouldn't be a bracket by my definition.
